Cycle route in the backyard of Putten

Putten, Garderen, Drie
The beautiful, centuries-old village of Putten is located between heathland, woods and polders. This cycle route will lead you through the woods on the east side of the village, but you will also see a small part of the farmlands. On the way, you will meet the cosy village of Garderen, at the edge of the Speulderbos.
We leave Garderen via the oldest part of the Veluwe woods, with majestic bent beech trees. The cycle path takes you to Drie, a tiny village completely surrounded by woods. Drie consists of a lot of trees and only a few houses and a restaurant.
On the way back to Putten, you pass the Solse Gat, where it is said to be spooky. The choice is yours: do you dismount or continue?
