Schoorl, Bergen aan Zee, Bergen

This route offers a beautiful blend of countryside, dunes, coastline, and towns in North Holland. Starting at Camping De Kolibrie in Warmenhuizen, the route takes you through places like Schoorl. On the way to the beach, you’ll also pass the Visitor Centre De Schoorlse Duinen.

Along the route, you'll find various farm shops, gardens, and farms where you can taste and experience the true North Holland countryside. Expect small-scale vendors offering local cheese, organic vegetables, honey, and homemade jam. Some gardens are open to the public, where you can wander among blooming flowers, fruit trees, or even pick your own produce.

After the beach, cycle through the dunes to Bergen aan Zee. A little further, you’ll reach the artist village of Bergen. The route ends via the new cycle pontoon bridge over the North Holland Canal and the Geestmerambacht recreation area.
