The nature museum tells you all about the Sallandse Heuvelrug through a collection of more than a thousand (stuffed) animals and its world-famous dioramas. Dioramas are like life-size viewing boxes. When you look inside, you see animals in scenes that you’d only spot in the wild with a lot of luck. Here, you can take your time and observe them closely.

In Daantje Das’s play forest you can do fun and exciting challenges, all related to the forest. A bit too exciting for you? Then follow the frogs along the Big Frog Trail.
