Nature reserve Regulieren - Culemborg

Regulieren nature reserve is located in the vicinity of Culemborg. It is a sparse and wet area that you do not often come across in the Netherlands anymore because of intensive agriculture. It is a place where you can take lovely walks in the green semi-open landscape. Thanks to the high groundwater and special mowing management, the hay meadows are particularly rich in flowers, especially in May and June. On the way, discover special plant species such as the large buttercup, golden oat, cottongrass and marsh fescue. Bring your picnic basket and visit the duck decoy.
