The Carmelite convent, built in 1935, was still in use as a convent for the Discalced Carmelite nuns until 6 August 1993. The inner garden with its large walled castle garden shows that the architect took medieval convents as his inspiration.
Today, the convent is a care home for people with dementia. You can no longer visit the convent, but you can view it from the outside.
