Sint Margriet Church - Boksum
In the middle of Boksum, on top of a mound, lies the Sint Margrietkerk. The construction of the church dates from the 12th century and consists of tuff. Two centuries later, when the church was enlarged, brick was introduced. In 1843 the gable roof came down completely and the tower also collapsed. These date from a later date.

The church is open during concerts. During the autumn holidays there is always an exhibition in the church about the history of Boksum.
