Museum Spakenburg - Bunschoten-Spakenburg

N 52.2545748 / E 5.377954

About 50 years ago the municipality of Spakenburg realised that many things from the past would soon disappear, from that moment on the collection that you can find in the museum today was collected. They then thought that the bottlers would go, so their first purchase was a butter model. Many utensils from that time were also collected. You can now admire objects from fishing and peasant life. Of course, the costumes cannot be missing, and there are also several works of art on display.

In the museum shop, you will find books about the history of Bunschoten-Spakenburg. Still, you will also find original gifts here. In the museum café, you can have a cup of coffee or tea, and there is plenty to learn and discover for children and teenagers.
