Although the name Hoeve Delle may make you think of a farmyard, it is actually the name of a nature area on the Veluwe. It is a former drifting sand area where, besides high sand dunes, there is also a lot of forest. Large American oaks, blueberry bushes and juniper shrubs create a colourful mix of vegetation.
Many mammals feel at home here. Wild boar, red deer, roe deer and foxes can suddenly cross your path. From this sheltered spot you can quietly observe the forest. Hopefully you arrive at the right moment and spot one of the special forest inhabitants.
