Weldam House - Markelo
Weldam House is one of the larger estates of Eastern Holland. The century-old estate, with the castle and gardens at the centre, consists of woods, forests, fields, brooks, characteristic lanes, monumental buildings and farm houses. The hatches, painted in black and yellow, represent the estate’s house style. The castle is not open to the public, however, the gardens are (for a small fee).
