Weaving Museum - Geldrop

N 51.4222605 / E 5.5634646

In the Weaving Mill Museum in Geldrop, the old textile machines are still operated by craftsmen. It is located in the former wool fabric factory. The three buildings, with their beautiful facades, date from the 19th century and together form a national monument complex.

Inside, you will learn the story of the textile industry and what it meant to Geldrop-Mierlo. Short films are shown in which five characters from bygone days tell about weaving and their lives at the end of the 19th century. There are various textile walks for young and old, during which you will notice that history comes to life again!
