An Amsterdam city walk in nature. Waterland is a traditional Dutch landscape created by human hands. Staatsbosbeheer manages part of this beautiful peat meadow landscape. In spring, you can see many reed birds such as reed warblers and bluethroats. A little further along the route, you will pass the Kinselmeer, where you can see many meadow birds such as black-tailed godwits, snipes and lapwings.
