This is the first protected nature reserve in Twente, a place where nature has ruled the past 100 years. The Molenven contains two ponds that lie in an impenetrable willow forest. The trouser forest can be found around it.

Tip: put on waterproof shoes/boots if you want to discover this wilderness.
Tip: the birdwatching hut is definitely worth a visit.
