Playground De Klimbim - Waalre
With an area of no less than 6,000 m², you can play for hours at Playground De Klimbim. This beautiful playground is located right in the forests of Waalre. Younger children can enjoy themselves in the sandbox and toddler area, while older children can have fun on more than 50 pieces of play equipment.
Around all the activity, there are plenty of seating areas for adults, and you can enjoy a drink or an ice cream at a reasonable price.
The playground was founded in 1962 by a group of volunteers. They wanted to do something for the children of Waalre, designed play equipment and built it themselves. Over the years, the playground has been expanded, renewed and carefully maintained. Today, it is a popular play paradise in the wider region.
