Picking garden Ooijs Moois - Ooij

Ooijs Moois is an atmospheric pick-your-own garden in the Ooijpolder, just outside Nijmegen. It is a family business run by Barton and Angeline Arnts. In the summer months, you can pick your own fruit and flowers. The garden is a popular destination for families from the neighbourhood, as well as cyclists and walkers.

The pick-your-own garden has raspberries, blackberries, white, red and blackcurrants. There is also a flower garden where you can put together your own bouquet. The garden is partly covered, so you can pick even when the weather is not so good.

In addition to picking, you can also buy products such as apple-raspberry cider, fruit juices and jam. Gift vouchers and gift packages are also available.

Ooijs Moois works together with the Pluryn care institution, where people who are distanced from the labour market help out on the grounds. There is also a partnership with the Buitenleven care farm for the care of elderly people with memory problems.
