Petting zoo Het Stadspark - Lelystad
In the woody City Park of Lelystad, the first animal pasture of the city has been established since the 1970s. A great place to come into contact with different animals as a child, but certainly also as an adult. You can admire and stroke many different animals from up close. From large animals such as donkeys, goats, sheep, pot-bellied pigs and calves, to smaller animals such as rabbits, chickens and other types of birds. Turkeys, geese and peacocks, for example, also parade around!
In the vegetable garden, different kinds of vegetables and fruit are grown. If you would like to know more about the animals, vegetable gardens or attend a fun crafts afternoon, you can do so in the Education Room in the City Park. Come and visit us!
