The Peking Garden is a green oasis in the heart of Baarn, originally part of the Peking estate, which no longer exists. The park offers a blend of nature, culture, and relaxation.
Within the park, you'll find a coach house from around 1880, open on weekends from March to September, featuring rotating exhibitions by local artists. There's a bandstand from 1948 hosting regular performances, a children's playground, a fountain, an aviary, and a dog-friendly field. In the summer months, a traditional Dutch pancake stand operates, and various events like the Alltogether festival in June take place.
At the edge of the park is Chinese Restaurant Peking, where you can enjoy authentic Asian dishes on the terrace overlooking the park.
