Oisterwijk Forests and Fens - Oisterwijk
In this special nature reserve there are many fens, most of which were created in the last Ice Age. Only the Kolkven was created by the churning water of an old river. The loam in the soil ensures that rainwater does not run away. Due to the presence of the abundant water, this is an ideal habitat for water birds. So don't forget to bring your binoculars!
