The Lourdes Grotto in Noordeinde (Zevenhoven) is a special Marian grotto, located behind the Johannes Geboorte Church in the South Holland village of Noordeinde. The grotto was built in 1913, making it one of the oldest and most authentic Lourdes grottos in the Netherlands.

The grotto is approximately six metres high and built from rough boulders from the Belgian Ardennes. At the top right of the rocks is an almost life-size white statue of Our Lady of Lourdes, a copy of the French original from Massabielle. In the niche of the grotto is a simple altar made of brick. During the restoration in 1977, a platform was built in front of the cave, providing access to the cave via a staircase.

The cave was consecrated on 2 July 1913 with a solemn celebration, preceded by a triduum led by Capuchin R. Kauling. Pastor Meyer, who had the cave built, celebrated Mass in the morning, followed by a procession of the Virgin Mary and the blessing of the cave in the afternoon. Since then, it has been a place of pilgrimage and a destination for visitors for more than a century.
