If you want peace and quiet, go to Huis ter Heide nature reserve. In this wetland bird paradise, you will hear almost nothing except birdsong and insect buzzing. Because the area has several fens, fields, deciduous and coniferous forests, it is an area par excellence for birds. But frogs and dragonflies also have a great time here.
