Esveld Botanical Garden - Boskoop
The Royal Association for Boskoop Cultures keeps track of which growers are registered as Dutch Plant Collection NPCs. An NPC aims to be a database, a frame of reference in inspections and research and a source of motivation and inspiration for applying the right assortment.
You will find a number of Dutch Plant Collections at Planten Tuin Esveld in Boskoop. For example, you can enjoy an extensive collection of maples there. Wonderful in May and June for their developing young leaves and spectacular in October for their breathtaking autumn colours.
But the Plant Garden also manages collections of Camellia, Japanese Azalea, Osmanthus and the immensely popular hydrangea, among others. The nursery and park are open to visitors. As is the coffee and tea house located on the premises.
