Estate Gorp and Roovert was beautifully landscaped in 1758 by Cornelis Bles Gorp. Today it’s owned by the Puijenbroek family, who opened it to cyclists and walkers. You can explore its stunning old deciduous and coniferous forests, discover unique plant species, and watch for rare birds. Originally, the area was heathland and farmland. Around 1850, Eugenie Della Faille built the charming hunting lodge, known as “Het Kasteeltje,” which still stands today. Enjoy peaceful nature and a slice of history!
