In the green surroundings of Bergen in North Holland, you'll find Eric's charming country shop. A paradise for foodies who love pure, artisanal and local treats. You'll find not only the best organic vegetables and fruits from the region, but also an impressive selection of foreign cheeses, smoked fish, gourmet meats and natural wines.
Since 2023, Eric has added a real French boulangerie. Every day, croissants, pains au chocolat and crispy sourdough loaves roll out of the oven, freshly baked in the open bakery.
In the shop, everything revolves around experience and quality: from the products on the shelves to the stories behind them. Eric and his team are happy to give you tips, let you taste, and make sure you leave with a smile (and a full bag).
