In the building of the former Jacques Hennekens Distillery in Beek, a museum has been set up that is entirely dedicated to the famous herbal bitter ELS LA VERA (for many Elske or Aelske). The authentic distillation equipment, which is almost ready for production, forms the heart of this museum. Distilling is demonstrated on a small scale by volunteers and visitors can taste this museum distillate.
