On one of the busiest cycle routes across the Dwingelderveld stands the Dwingeloo Radio-telescope. With its 25 metre diameter, it cannot be missed. Read more information on the information boards or come inside and listen to signals from space.

The telescope is open to the public during special national and regional activities. There are fixed opening hours on a few Sundays in the year and every Sunday in the summer months of July and August. Outside these hours, you can request a group tour.
