Cheese farm Captein - Zoeterwoude
Cheese farm Captein makes cheese in the traditional way and they are proud of it! Here, everything is determined by human actions, nothing is controlled by a computer. The cheese even receives its final shape in wooden barrels and is lifted from the cheese tub into these with linen cloths. Because these barrels keep the brand-new cheese warm for longer, they ensure a unique taste formation. Taste it for yourself!
In the shop you can buy mainly their own cheese. In addition, they also sell a number of types of skimmed, goat and sheep cheese from fellow cheese farmers.
