La Trappe Trappist is one of the few Trappist beers in the world. It is brewed by brewery De Koningshoeven, located on the grounds of the Cisterciënzer abbey Onze Lieve Vrouw van Koningshoeven. La Trappe Trappist beers are very different in character, but also have similarities. With attention, passion and traditional craftsmanship, each of these unique and pure beers is created according to the secret recipes of the Trappist monks. Only one ingredient is known: silence.
