Brasserie OER. is located in the middle of nature reserve Holtingerveld, an area of ancient heathland and woods, and the dolmens of the Havelterberg. The brasserie is the meeting point for a beautiful day in nature. Near the restaurant you will find the gateway to the Holtingerveld, a viewpoint and the tourist information point!
The menu at Brasserie OER. features sustainable and local dishes made from seasonal ingredients. Taste, for example, the home-made cakes, biscuits and juices, the herbs from our own garden, a home-brewed OER.beer or the glorious organic 'Earth' coffee.
