BomBaai Beach bar - Westkapelle
BomBaai Beach bar is a pavilion on an unique and intimate location. Located in the middle of the bay, locals also this "'t Gat", meaning 'the hole, on the beach of Westkapelle. Also, the only bay in the Municipality of Veere with a breathtaking sunset. The bay was created by the bombing during the inundation (flooding) of Walcheren in 1944. The dikes in Westkapelle were bombed. Historical elements are beautifully exposed daily at low tide. The company name is history (bomb bay), but also the future with a nod to the street food style, world cuisine and (cocktail) bar concept (Bombay). This makes them innovative in the region as a beach pavilion!
