Bird Park The Lorkeershoeve - Lutten
Visit this cozy animal park in Overijssel: Vogelpark De Lorkeershoeve in Lutten. At the park you can see all kinds of exotic birds. From macaws, parrots, cockatoos, eagle owls, kookaburras to crowned cranes. Beautiful poultry breeds are also on display, including pheasants, ornamental pigeons and waterfowl.
A walk along the aviaries takes you past beautiful gardens with large pond areas. You art even walk under two aviaries! So you really are in the middle of the birds.
Figured it out? Then you can round off your visit with a game of miniature golf, billiards or table tennis.
The park is not large, so it's nice to pause your cycle route for an hour or two at De Lorkeershoeve.
