Beach hut Texel art - De Cocksdorp
Visual artist Angelina Stiehl, born and raised on Texel, has a cosy gallery on the Sluyscoog in Den Burg. Growing up on this beautiful island, it’s no surprise that the Texel landscape is her main source of inspiration, and Angelina Blue her favourite colour. Her work often features sea, sky and landscape, translated into paintings and objects that feel both familiar and dreamy.
On the beach in De Cocksdorp you’ll find one of her largest artworks: a unique beach hut that reflects her love for Texel. The beach hut can be admired from the outside from mid-April to the end of September.
