Evoluon - Eindhoven
A flying saucer with a diameter of 77 metres, that is the Evoluon. From 1966 to 1989, it was an educational technology museum. This was unique in the Netherlands and visitors came to Eindhoven from all over the country. When the number of visitors decreased and Philips did not do well, the Evoluon closed.
Today, it hosts exhibitions, houses an international Future Lab for design & technology and you can book a tour through the four rings of the Evoluon, into the future and the past.
