Cycle route for ice-cream fans

Ice cream lovers take note: during this cycle route you will pass no less than TWO ice cream parlours. Is your mouth watering already? Jump on your bike and get going. During a cycle route of about 25 kilometres you will probably be in need of some refreshment. Taste the best ice cream or homemade cake of the Netherlands at Top's Secret IJs. After the sweet stop(s), get back on your bike, because we do not want to withhold these beautiful surroundings from you. There is a lot to see and do around the dunes at Soest. Not only are the dunes beautiful, but you also cycle through the woods, heathland and past Soesterberg airbase. The airbase has been open to the public since 2004 and on the grounds you will find the National Military Museum, where you can learn more about this airbase. If you want to go deeper into the forest, you can do so with this cycle route. Follow the gnomes near junction 55 and learn all about the forest. Or visit estate De Paltz, find your way through the maze and take a closer look at the Hermit's Cave. And tell me honestly, how many ice creams have you had?
