Enjoy the breathtaking scenery and make memories that will last a lifetime! Along the way you will also pass Castle Hoekelum, a beautiful castle that existed as early as 1325. The castle is surrounded by a beautiful park with ponds and lovely gardens. The park is freely accessible and offers a wonderful place to take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Furthermore, the route leads through the vast nature reserve Planken Wambuis, a beautiful area with moors, forests and fens. Here you can cycle through nature and enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful area. You can also encounter various animal species here, such as wild boar, roe deer and red deer.
